Syncs and failed operations
System health: whether syncing, connections and background jobs are working for your store.
Open the page in the dashboardWhen to open System health
Open it when something looks wrong: no new orders, products not updating, a customer who says they got no reply. It shows only your account: work that failed for good, your store platform's connection, sync, platform components and AI providers.
It also holds the “Emergency stop”: switches that stop sending immediately on the server if something goes wrong — say, a campaign that went out with the wrong message.
Read the page

- 1The status row: open dead letters, brand sync, working integrations, platform components and emergency stops.
- 2The tabs: one list visible at a time.
- 3The chosen list — “Dead letters” first.
- 4The “Emergency stop”.
The tabs
Dead letters
- What it is
- Work that failed and won't be retried automatically: a customer reply, a campaign recipient, an automation run, a webhook, a manual sync. Each row means a customer didn't get a reply or a message wasn't sent.
- When to use it
- Whenever “Open dead letters” shows a number. An empty list is good news.
- How to start
- Open “Show details”, then “Replay” where offered, or “Handled” with a note of what you did.
Integrations
- What it is
- Two signals per platform: are its events reaching us (webhooks), and is our sync with it working (API).
- When to use it
- When no new orders appear.
- How to start
- No events isn't necessarily a fault — a store with no orders sends nothing. A failing sync is the signal that matters.
Your brand's sync
- What it is
- The last time we pulled products and orders from your store platform, and the result: succeeded, partially completed, failed.
- When to use it
- When products or prices don't update.
- How to start
- If it failed, open “Stores & platforms” and reconnect.
Platform components
- What it is
- The database and file storage, each with its own signal.
- When to use it
- If an image or attachment upload fails.
- How to start
- One failing doesn't mean the other is.
AI providers
- What it is
- The agent's reply success rate per provider, from real attempts over recent days, and the share of replies that needed a fallback provider.
- When to use it
- If the agent is slow or doesn't reply.
- How to start
- Read the success rate and the failure types.
Emergency stop switches
Every stop needs a reason, and who turned it on and off is logged. It needs permission to edit settings:
| Switch | What it stops |
|---|---|
| All marketing messages | Everything promotional: campaigns and marketing automations together. |
| All campaigns | Campaigns only. A running campaign stops at its next batch and stays saved. |
| All automations | Every automation, marketing and transactional. |
| AI agent replies | The agent stops replying to customers; messages still arrive in the inbox. |
| Sending via WhatsApp | Any WhatsApp sending, whatever the source. |
| Sending via email | Any email sending, whatever the source. |
A stop blocks every message that hasn't started sending; ones that went out at that same moment can't be recalled. “Lift stop” tells you how many campaigns and deferred messages will resume.
Stop sending in an emergency
- 1
Pick the scope
In “Emergency stop”, pick the narrowest switch that fixes it. A wrong campaign? “All campaigns” is enough.
- 2
Give a reason
Press “Stop now”, fill in “Reason for the stop” and confirm. Sending stops at once.
- 3
Fix the problem
Cancel or edit the wrong campaign itself from its page.
- 4
Lift the stop
Press “Lift stop”, read how much will resume, and confirm.
Tips
- To stop one campaign for good, cancel that campaign — don't leave the emergency stop on.
- When you close a dead letter, write what you did. The note stays and helps your colleagues.
- Check the page once a week even when nothing seems wrong.
Common mistakes and how to fix them
ProblemNo new orders show up in Capi.
FixOpen “Your brand's sync” and “Integrations”. If sync failed, reconnect the platform in “Stores & platforms”.
ProblemI lifted the stop and a campaign I no longer wanted resumed.
FixCancel the campaign itself from the campaigns page before lifting the stop.
ProblemThere's no “Replay” on a dead letter.
FixSome kinds can't be replayed. Handle it by hand, then press “Handled” with a note.

When to open it
When new orders or updated products don't show up: here you see the last sync, whether it worked, and why not.
