Does the AI sales agent work with my Shopify or WooCommerce store?
Yes. Capi connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla and Zid, and to custom stores through an API or a catalog feed. Seli reads your synced products and never suggests anything outside them.
Which language does Seli reply in?
Always the customer's own language: Arabic, English or Turkish. You set a fallback language for messages that reveal none, like a bare order number. It also understands WhatsApp voice notes.
Can it give discounts without my knowledge?
No. You set the discount cap (10% by default) and the autonomy level: suggest only, ask your approval before each coupon, or act directly within the cap. You can also switch the coupon tool off entirely.
