Email marketing for ecommerce, run by an agent that knows your store.
Mailo reads your support inbox and writes replies from what it knows about your store. It follows up on abandoned carts, new customers and lapsed ones with designed emails, sent in your store's name from your own domain.
- AI email replies from your store's knowledge
- Abandoned cart emails
- One-click unsubscribe

Three jobs Mailo takes on in your inbox.
From a customer's question by email to the message that brings them back to your store.
- 01
Answers customer emails
A customer writes to your store's support address and Mailo drafts the reply from your store's knowledge, in the customer's language, on the same thread.
- 02
Recovers abandoned carts
Abandoned cart emails show the exact products the customer left behind, alongside welcome, post-purchase and win-back emails.
- 03
Sends your email campaigns
Campaigns and newsletters to the audience you pick. Subscription is re-checked at send time, and anyone you messaged moments ago is skipped.
Email marketing automation built for online stores.
Real tools that work today inside the Capi dashboard.
- Drafts before sendingAutomated email responses are off by default. Mailo leaves each reply as a draft in your inbox, and you switch on auto-send once you trust it.
- One thread per customerEvery reply joins the customer's earlier conversation in your unified inbox, even when they change the subject line.
- Designer and ready templatesEcommerce email templates for abandoned carts, welcomes, review requests and seasonal offers. Edit them with blocks: banner, products, coupon, buttons.
- AI-written copyDescribe the email's goal in one line and get the subject, body and button. It never invents a discount or price you didn't write.
- Products for each readerThe products block shows what's in that customer's cart or what goes with their last order, and a countdown shows the time left at the moment of opening.
- Protects your domainSeparate domains for marketing and support. Sending only starts once SPF and DKIM are verified, and addresses that bounce or complain are stopped.
How Mailo replies to your customer's email.
A question sent to the support address, answered from the store's information.

What merchants ask about Mailo.
Do emails go out from my domain or from Capi's?
From yours. You add the DNS records the dashboard shows, and no campaign is sent until the email provider confirms the domain is verified. Your support address sits on a separate domain from your marketing one.
Will my emails land in spam?
Nobody can guarantee the inbox, but Mailo follows the major mailbox providers' rules: SPF and DKIM verification, a one-click unsubscribe, and automatically stopping mail to addresses that bounce or report spam.
How do customers unsubscribe?
Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link and supports one-click unsubscribe from inside the mail app. Once someone unsubscribes, marketing email stops, and it's re-checked at the moment of sending.
Will Mailo reply to customers without me knowing?
Not unless you allow it. Email auto-reply is off by default, so Mailo's replies arrive as drafts in your inbox until you switch on auto-send in settings.
Which languages does it reply in, and is there a free trial?
It replies in the customer's own language: Arabic, English or Turkish. Every organization starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card needed.
