From a new account to an agent that actually sells
Four steps get the agent running; after that, everything has a page you open when you need it. No hidden steps.
1. Connect your store
Go to Settings → Stores & platforms, choose your platform (Salla, Zid, Shopify, WooCommerce, ikas, IdeaSoft, Ticimax, T-Soft, PlatinMarket) and grant access. Products and orders sync automatically from then on, and the agent knows what you sell and at what price.
No supported platform? You can add products manually from the Products page or import them from a CSV.
2. Activate the AI
Go to AI Agent → Settings and add your API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). The key is stored encrypted with AES-256 and used only for your organization. On the same page you set the tone, working hours, and the discount and refund caps.
Test the agent from the “Try the agent” page before connecting it to a real channel — you'll see its actual replies based on your data.
3. Connect a channel
WhatsApp: go to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp and connect your WhatsApp Business number through Meta. Live chat: copy the widget code and add it to your site — it works instantly, no approvals needed. Email: connect Resend with a verified domain.
The fastest way to start is live chat — it doesn't need Meta's approval.
4. Turn on an automation
Go to Automations & Campaigns and enable your first automation (abandoned carts usually bring the highest return). Set the delay, channel, and template. Every automation automatically respects working hours and the customer's unsubscribe status.
Track the results in “Automation performance” — you'll see sends, replies, and the revenue attributed to each automation.
Guides by topic
Knowledge base
The agent is only as accurate as the content you feed it: shipping policy, returns, sizes, warranty. From the Knowledge Base, add entries across 19 categories, or let the AI fill it from your website and suggest missing content based on real questions from your conversations.
WhatsApp templates
To start a conversation outside the 24-hour window you need a Meta-approved template. Create it in WhatsApp Template Management, submit it for review, and once approved it becomes available in campaigns and automations. Replies within the 24-hour window don't need a template.
Limits and approvals
The agent never takes a financial action above the cap you set. Any discount or refund that exceeds the limit goes to the “Pending actions” page awaiting your approval, with an instant notification. Escalation rules hand the conversation to a human agent under conditions you define.
Customers and segmentation
The Customers page supports search, compound filters, tags, assignment to a team member, CSV import, and permission-controlled export. The segments you build here are the same ones you use as campaign audiences.
Analytics and attribution
Analytics ties every conversation to its outcome — AI-assisted revenue, conversion rate, campaign and automation performance. Every number comes from your account's real data; there's no sample data.
Team and permissions
Go to Settings → Team & permissions to invite members and assign roles. Permissions are granular at the resource and action level (view customers, send a campaign, refund an order…), and every sensitive action is recorded in an audit log.
Frequently asked questions
The agent isn't replying to customers — what should I check?
In order: (1) Is the agent enabled in the agent settings? (2) Is the current time within the working hours you set? (3) Is the API key present and working? (4) Is the channel actually connected — the Integrations page shows the real connection status for each channel. Most cases come down to working hours or an expired key.
Why didn't a campaign message reach some customers?
The common real causes: the customer has unsubscribed (we always honor that automatically), the number is outside the 24-hour window and the template isn't approved, or the message was rejected by Meta. The campaign log shows the explicit failure reason for each recipient.
Do you use my customers' data to train models?
No. Your customers' data belongs to you, and we process it only on your behalf. The model providers we use don't train on API content under their commercial agreements. Details are in the privacy policy.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
You can still export it as CSV for 30 days after termination, after which it's permanently deleted. The cancellation itself takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle.
Can the agent work in two languages?
Yes. The agent replies in the customer's language automatically (Arabic, English, Turkish) and keeps the brand tone you set in the settings.
How much do WhatsApp messages cost?
Conversation fees are paid directly to Meta according to their per-country pricing, separate from your platform subscription. The same applies if you use your own AI key — usage is billed by the model provider.
