Campaign calendar
Campaigns on one calendar
A calendar of your scheduled and sent campaigns and your occasions across the month.
Open the page in the dashboardWhy the calendar
The calendar puts your campaigns on the days of the month, in your store's time zone, so you see the pressure on your customers before they feel it. Two campaigns on consecutive days to the same audience wear customers out and raise blocks.
It shows campaigns that are “Pending approval”, “Scheduled”, “Sending”, “Completed”, “Paused” or “Failed”. A scheduled campaign sits on its send day, one sent immediately on the day it went out. Drafts don't show.
It also shows the occasions you added for your store, with a dashed frame. Ready occasions like Ramadan and Eid live on “Occasion campaigns”. The calendar is read-only: edit or pause a campaign from “Scheduled campaigns”.

- 1The legend: one colour per status, and the dashed frame for an occasion.
- 2Navigation: “Today”, and the previous and next month.
Review your month before scheduling
- 1
Open next month
Press the next-month arrow. The week starts according to your store's time zone.
- 2
Look for busy days
A day with two campaigns, or a campaign every day in one week. That's a sign the same customer may get messages close together.
- 3
Move or merge
Press the campaign to go to “Scheduled campaigns”. Change one's date, or merge the two offers into one message.
Simple spacing rules
- One promotional campaign a week per audience is enough for most stores. The default sending rules allow one promotional message per customer per week anyway.
- Leave at least two days between campaigns to overlapping audiences.
- Put an occasion campaign a few days before it, not on the day — buying starts early.
- Add your store's own seasons on “Occasion campaigns” so they show here every year.
Common mistakes and how to fix them
ProblemA campaign you created doesn't show.
FixIt's still a draft. Finish it in the wizard until it's “Pending approval” or “Scheduled”.
ProblemRamadan isn't on the calendar.
FixThe calendar shows only your own occasions. Ready ones are on “Occasion campaigns”.
