Every payment you made, an invoice for each, and what is left of every add-on pack you bought.

Pack balance
Each pack lasts 12 months and is drawn on only after your plan's monthly allowance runs out. The one expiring first is used first.
ExampleYou bought 500 conversations and 180 were used: it shows «320 left of 500».

Invoice
Each payment has a sequential invoice number, and the invoice opens on a page ready to print or save as PDF.
